Service is quick. Meat is not grilled like a normal Cuban style and it's non crispy french fries on it verse chip Style. Based on other reviews i didn't get what I expected. Fyi. They don't have a grill so requesting your meat grilled isn't an option and they serve it the way they do not how the customer wants it and the customer isn't right says the owner. And he isn't cuban.

“I’ve known this place for 26 years and hadn’t been back in 18. It hasn’t changed a bit — even the same owner and staff are still here. The decor is simple, the service is friendly, and they only serve one thing: Cuban steak sandwiches. Still as delicious as ever! It makes me so happy to come back and enjoy the same great taste. Only specializing in Steak Sandwiches & Shakes, they have become a staple in Hudson County. The sandwich is flavorful and tender. The shakes are so refreshing.
