Very unsanitary. I ordered a medium ice coffee and they used an cup that was sitting on a dirty counter that was next to spic and span cleaning solution dunked it a bucket of coffee and poured it in my cup. I asked for my money back and they say to me why are you so upset. Never order from here

I order a large hot coffee and the lady that attended me gave me a large ice coffee and when I went to tell her that she gave me the wrong drink she gave me an attitude and said I was the one that didn't answer right. I clearly said yes I want a hot coffee and she didn't heard right. Her answer upset me a lot because everytime I go to buy and she attends me she has a very serious attitude, I don't even know her for her to be treating me this way.

Just another place on Bergenline where they do the switcheroo on you when you donāt speak Spanish upon staring at you to see if you cave. I cannot run on Dunkin if your workers cannot communicate Americaās language.

While I was at Dunkinā, the cashier disregarded the order line. Two customers who entered after me were served first because the cashier seemed to know them. Then, another customer and her daughter, who were behind me in line, received their drinks ahead of me, likely because her other daughter worked there. When I reminded the staff about my coffee, they prepared it but exchanged smiles with each other, as if finding the situation amusing.

I'm a fan of ice coffee but this place never gets it right . It's always so black and bitter or too much milk. They treat you like you are getting things for free . I'm paying for my order. I'm a regular customer here but I have to think twice before going in .
