During my visit, I ordered a bagel twist, specifically requesting it to be warmed. Unfortunately, I was disappointed to find that the bagel twist was hard as a rock. This greatly impacted my enjoyment of the product and left me dissatisfied. Additionally, I had ordered a blueberry muffin, but was given a corn muffin instead. This mix-up further added to my disappointment.Worst customer service!!!!

Horrible customer service. Just know the cashier never acknowledged us, walked away talking personal business with another employee, comes back and says with an attitude “what do you need” left my mouth open to answer when she walks away again, this time lest me and my granddaughter just waiting, until I decided to leave to a bettered service place. Never again would I return to this one.

The worst dunkin you can ever encounter. Employees are absolutely disgusting and disrespectful. Manger doesn’t know how to manage, very disrespectful as well. If u want a great well experience i suggest to not come here at all!! I will be complaining about this to the higher boss about this.

I went to order coffee for a meeting I was having at work this morning. I am not sure who the overly sarcastic worker was but he had the box of Joe and it took forever to fill. He proceeds to tell me that I have to wait another 5 minutes after ordering nearly 10 minutes before. The exact verbiage was “it will be another 5 minutes as the coffee is brewing” when I am looking right at him pouring the brewed coffee into other coffees. He was very sarcastic and throwing subtle jabs about me to other customers with things like oh you’re very happy this morning, etc. I was in a great mood until this encounter. Just very annoying as I paid nearly $40 for this box of Joe and had a work meeting to go to. I deliberately went inside and didn’t go to the drive thru for some reason. I always go through drive thru and I learned my lesson. I will not be going inside if the customer service is nasty. Maybe hire people with a better attitude. Maybe I’ll take my business to Starbucks.

I order ahead & still had to wait 10minutes for my order . I understand mornings can be busy but if I order ahead and still have to wait for my order to get this bagel with cream cheese then it’s definitely not worth my money or time. I also asked for coconut milk and they put almond milk without asking me if it was okay or provide other options.

I order there EVERYDAY. I swear I’m not joking. I ask for the same thing- sausage, cheese on a croissant ? extra cheese. NO EGG. 2 times in a row they added the egg and they forgot the cheese. It’s an annoying because I throw it out - I can’t have eggs.

Today at approximately 4 to 430 p.m.My son purchased 2 lg. Caramel lattae'sWhen he got home they were luke warm and No caramel. I went back so she can replace them afterall my son works a hour for them, not to mention the tips he leaves. I have been a customer for 17 years with my 5 kids they returned the same cups pretty much contaminating our cups and who ever was after us they had no name tags no supervisor or shift leader. I took a video of them because they would not comply! Never Go there unless u want contaminated food or cofee.

Its currently 8:08 and i went in to ask for a grilled cheese and according to the website they close at 10 and i was told kitchen was closed and they were doing dishes. Terrible customer Service. I am completely dissatisfied.

This place used to be good. Now they put TOO much cream into the latte. The latte is pretty much white and it just tastes like sweet and low and cream. Gross. I won't come back here.
