Everything was perfect the service the food atmosphere I love

The truth is, not very good, the food, well, the Pupusas were ugly, nothing to see. I come from Virginia and I think there is a better product. We ordered a horchata and it tasted like water with sugar. It's practically not horchata.

Lets start with the food: even when the offering is very limited, the quality and flavors are really good. One tip, be sure to get the pepperoni pupusas...they are awesome. I love the idea of making all fresh, I so not mind waiting a little bit longer for that. Now, service and atmosphere are way below average for Bergenline (I am not even compering it to a super fancy restaurant). The place is not inviting at all and the people working there care very little about the guests. Their focus is primarily ( if not only) on the phone calls and delivery pick ups. I will most certainly look for another Salvadorian place next time.

My husband and I visited this place with our son! They served us the wrong dish and we ordered the correct one and were told to pay for both!
My husband is an African American man and they judged his color and treated him horribly.
The food is 50/50, don't eat here.

I like the vibe and the nice people very good food
I found a hair in my food. I was pretty grossed out after that. I loved this place before and ever since i haven't been able to order again because thinking of the hair i found really grosses me out.

Mostly all the time they have bad faces as if one were going to ask, at least I have always been friendly even if they make bad faces at me. Their food is good, there is no denying it. It would be good if they changed their attitude towards the clients, at least the ones we spoke well to...
