This is a no frills, no smiles, no music situation but the food is amazing. The lady at the counter could look a little less upset, maybe they should play some music for atmosphere, because it’s like eating in a closet with windows. That said, the food is all that really matters. The rice is fluffy, the beans are perfect, and the stewed beef was the perfect addition. Wonderfully tasty, fresh food. And I am Dominican, so I’m very particular. The service here is always excellent. And the prices are very inexpensive. You’ll be so glad you tried it!!!
