I’ve been a loyal customer of Ginger Grill for years and have recommended many people here, which makes this experience even more unacceptable.
Tonight my order took over 1 hour and 10 minutes to arrive — so long that I genuinely forgot I had even placed it. After about 50 minutes, I called to check on it. The person who answered did not apologize and simply said the food would be here shortly. After waiting longer, I called again and a woman answered, spoke rudely, asked if we wanted to cancel the order, and still never offered a single apology for the excessive delay.
When the food finally arrived, it was cold and everything tasted off. After that long of a wait and poor treatment on the phone, receiving low-quality food made the situation even worse.
Delays can happen — that’s understandable. But the lack of professionalism, zero accountability, rude customer service, and poor food quality are not things customers should have to tolerate, especially long-time supporters of the business.
This was far below the standard Ginger Grill used to have, and it has seriously damaged my trust in this restaurant.

Please be more considerate when using your staples on sealing bags. It’s been over 7 hours and I still haven’t gotten this staple out my finger. For contexts I know it may look shallow although it’s pretty deep. This staple in my finger was not worth the 99cent canned beverage in a stapled brown bag. Very frustrating….. ( Now I’m considering taking this personal for this inconvenience & the removal of this staple is $278 ) Ginger Grill you aren’t sitting well with me now….

The girl who was picking up the phone orders at 6:50pm today (9/20/24) is so rude. She gives no type of customer service, rushes thru the call and sounds so miserable. I will never order from here again!! She’s terrible!
Great sushi. Nothing fancy in terms of ambiance but worth it for the delicious food! Nice weeknight dinner or takeout spot.
