Avoid this place ....!! I have ordered food from this place for over 5+ years, and my weekly order averages are $25 + 2 to 3 times in the same week. So it's safe to assume that I like the food. I have noticed that they have changed management. This is my second refund encounter with him. This by far was the WORST.. EVERY PHONE CALL IS TAPED AND YES BEFORE HE GIVES U ANY KIND OF A REFUND OR SOLUTION HE ROLLS THE TAPE. THE LAST TIME IT WAS ABOUT WHITE RICE VERSES FRIED RICE. YES HE PLAYED THE TAPE ..AND WAS PISSED HE HAD TO BRING THE FRIED RICE. SO WHEN I ORDER AM LOUD AND CLEAR FULL SENTENCES AND VERY DETAILED!! The change is not good for business. This person is a money hungry lying scheming tyrant. Last night, I placed my usual order, Pork Lomein, 4 chicken wings, fried rice, rib tips , white rice, and $30.22 PLUS TIP . When I sat down to eat, I noticed that the ENTIRE ORDER was VERY VERY SALTY.. LIKE SOMEONE EMPTIED A SALT.I asked for extra BBQ SAUCE ON THE RIB TIPS...NOT EXTRA SALT.. Shaker on the food. So I called them, I was calm but they young lady was panicked oh I have to call my boss she repeated 3 times when I asked for the order to be replaced. She said I would call my boss and call u back. When she called back, her tone and demeanor was aggressive & annoyed.Ithink she had to pay for the mistake out of her pocket. She was trying to keep me to keep the salty food. She said my boss said u bring food back to the store now to get your MONEY."" I said WHAT . I paid for a delivery, and u made the mistake, so u bring me a new unsalted order. She said I have to call my boss... she calls me back .She said the boss said ok, but you have to give back ALL FOOD .. I said ok, no problem. So I said they are making a new order. She said I need food back ... I said ok. Again, repeating, I need food back .. I repeated, ok... no problem. Of course, u can save this salty ass food back. then I asked if they were going to bring the new order when he came to pick up this order. She said I have to call my boss. She hangs up. Call back says no, they will not make food again.So I am asking why ? She said the boss said no because u may not like food.. Now I am like, what? So now he wants to punish me because his food was salty.SMFH. I asked about a refund and she said I have to call my boss.. she called me back, and she said I was only going to get back $13.50 back. I said what..she repeated it again. What?? Then a guy came on the phone and said I come to pick up food I said ok I want a full refund if u are not going to make a new order.I repeated I want all of MY money back if u are not going to replace the order. This went on for 5 more minutes. Then I said when u come to pick up the food, I want my refund in cash.i said that because I didn't trust that after they picked up the order that they would give back the money another 3 minutes back and forth. Then he said ok (the way he wanted that food back, u would think it was going to be someone elses to go order.just saying. He came. I gave the food, and he pulled out a receipt nnnot my cash refund .the receipt is for $13 Not $30 cash we discussed. I am pissed..he is Luck that I live in a fancy building with a doorman, and my apartment is on the same level where they can see and here me because I would have gone Brooklyn on him I mean Flatbush Brooklyn ..IYKYK.! You are playing with my food and my money! I called the store, and they kept putting me on hold, sending the call to voicemail.. I let him go and decide d to call my credit card company. I say this to say I have been buying food from these people for over 5 years. And they made a mistake on my order and treated me like this..They lied and they are Nast and unprofessional when u ask for your money back or if you ask them to correct their mistake.They treat u like u did something wrong by just asking for them to correct their mistake. This is crazy.. The new owner is just about money and nothing else. I am so upset because it's hard to find a good Chinese restaurant in NJ. BUT this experience has left

I ordered take-out last night, and the house special fried rice that I ordered was not good at all. It had a decent amount of ingredients and about 6, maybe 8 shrimp. But it was flavorless. Why don't they add egg, chunks of smoked ham, and bean sprouts to fried rice anymore? Also ordered chicken with broccoli, but with garlic sauce instead of the traditional brown sauce and wonton soup. The chicken looked good and smelled good also because of the garlic sauce, but it tasted so bland, no flavor, even with the garlic sauce. On top of that, they did not give me the complimentary white rice that comes with the order either. The wonton soup tasted like they threw in tasteless dumplings and a few bits of green onion in hot water and packed it up. Completely tasteless, the crispy fried noodles didn't help at all. So disappointing, many of the Chinese restaurants in the area aren't much better either. I miss the old family style Chinese restaurants where you sat down and sipped hot tea while you waited for your food from inside the kitchen to come to your table. The food was always good, and you did not mind tipping after.

I have been ordering from the restaurant for over 4 years. Tonight I ordered something without egg and vegetables, spicy. My order came with vegetables and has no spice. I call them to tell them this and they proceed to tell me that I’m wrong and they put spice & followed my order.They were condescending, rude and dismissive. They do not value their customers and if you call them out on their error in your food don’t expect an apology or for them to rectify the situation. They forgot half of my order about three weeks ago and I had to fight with them for them to remember to bring it the next day. So ridiculous. Don’t order here.

This place should be shut down by the Dept of Health. I saw a bug on the ground crawling years ago. Interesting to see more ppl are finding bugs in their food. They also keep deleting reviewers pics. I had one up a few years ago, and it's not there anymore. Sucks cause their food is good but they're rude and arrogant like others have said.
