La mesera se molestó xq preferimos diferente mesa, se le ordena un sándwich de jamón queso y huevo y lo que dice es q los sándwiches no traen huevo, pues ordenamos un breakfast completo y de mala gana tapa los desayunos e indica q eso no lo tienen.
Le pregunto si tienen huevo, dice que si pues yo voy a pagar extra por el huevo y ni pagando extra se le puede añadir

Deberían ofrecer cursos de servicio al cliente y manejo de emociones, posiblemente tuvo un mal día y se la desquita con los clientes

We were there with a big group but the service was horrendous. The food was ok and the atmosphere was cool and enjoyable but just the service was horrible. Took 45 mins to get one beer.

Terrible service from the waiter, Fernando, since they do not give you a cordial welcome and the treatment is terrible and very despotic, even discriminatory since the table next to them spoke English and it was cordial, contrary to my table they should improve since it harms the business. I don't intend to go back to clapping again

When you’re in the mood for Cuban food, Las Palmas is THE place to go! Been coming here for years. The Churrasco is insanely awesome and their signature dish. The Bistec pollo is good, and the Vaca Frita can’t be beat. Get a pitcher of sangria and you’ll enjoy a solid meal. Their espresso is strong and makes a great way to cap the night.

I had had many suggestions from this place that their “star dish” was the churrasco. Of course, those who gave me the suggestions had eaten at this place some years ago. I went to try this dish, and perhaps because my expectations were at their highest, I was left with a bitter impression. There is nothing extraordinary about either the flavor or the presentation of the dish. There are better places that offer the same product and for a lower cost. In addition to this we ordered a garlic shrimp dish and it was really bad. The shrimp were too hard, I could say like hard rubber and nothing redeemable in terms of flavor. The only saving grace was the pina colada that I had to order so as not to die of hunger because I didn't eat more.

I've been going here for years, last Saturday my parrillada had no favor whatsoever. The rest of the food was great. Strange cause it's usually on point. Sent back some of the meat cause it was undercooked. The service was amazing, and our server was outstanding!
