This week we went to the restaurant and at the end one always leaves the tip; The ticket was almost 11 dollars tip (what?).
I think $8 was fine from our point of view and we gave it to him.
But the girl who serves was rude, saying: why are they only giving me that, if the ticket costs so much and blah blah blah.
Anyway, the service is good except for the girls who serve, who don't know that no one is obliged to leave a specific amount of tip even if the ticket indicates it...

The food in this place is great but the thing that sucks is they take 18 dollars for tip whether you tip them or not and that includes the bad service you forget the order and still expect tip for bad service I recommend you go to a different place that why this restaurant is always empty no matter the time you go

Order food for delivery and forgot half my food, they they tell you a price over the phone once it's get delivered its a different price. Order steak and they send cocina. Food all oily, 45$ down the drain! Should've Order from sabor a veracruz better!Update: never received our missing stuff, F this place!
