Today i happened to buy two orange juice and a piece of flan come up to $23.69 plus the girl very rude refused to give me a receipt. I couldn't believe how expensive Noche has become smh.. seriously this is why people don't buy food with you any more

I cannot believe how expensive you got to order in this place from the way it was before. I pay almost $10 for a glass of orange juice and the service was something to hold for to be better if you expect great service go somewhere else.

Unfortunate Attention..!!!
I have usually returned to buy the minipicadita that they have, it is super delicious, and since I liked the place for that reason, today I went with my wife and daughters to sit for a while and eat a couple of empanadas, the picaditas and an arepas accompanied by some coffees and apparently this is not to the liking of the girl who served me, I want to understand that because she did not earn a good tip because we told her that we would only order things from the bakery, she gave us a service that one would not expect. wishes to no one.

We placed the order, it didn't surprise us that what we ordered was complete, he took the things to us one by one and he just needed to throw the things at us!!! He didn't bring us the empanadas, I got up to order again, then they asked the same girl to take us to the table and she brought us the same in a terrible way that damaged the atmosphere, the exit and the good vibes with which one goes out to spend a pleasant moment.

I went out to buy, not to ask for something free or things like that, I still paid for everything without a problem, but I understand that they won't care much about a customer from now on, but it's good to say, I think, when a place doesn't have the right people to serve others. people.

I am so sad. I ordered a cheese quesidlla and this is what I got, a torilla with cheap slice cheese inside and a side of sour cream. I could not even finish it. Broke my heart

This review is solely based on the RUDE woman that rang me up at the register this morning, 1/9. The only black hair one on this shift, who seems to lack manners & perhaps she woke up in a bad mood, who knows…

After waiting 10+ mins for 20 pan de Bonos I was brining for my co-workers, the customer’s card, that came after me and she was ring up at the moment kept on declining. The customer said he would “check” why this was happening.

I asked the cashier if I could pay and she said “No puedo porque lo estoy atendiéndolo a él” I asked if she could suspend the transaction? And she said no. This, while the customer said he would check his bank to see what’s is going on!!

I said “but I have to go, I’ll miss my bus” after that, she made a face, she processed to ask the other ladies (who are very nice by the way) “Que lleva ella que tiene afán” in a condescending manner. I am not Colombian, but I know what she meant.

If you lack the ability to speak nicely to customers, provide stellar service or move faster at the register, when you know is rush hr you shouldn’t be at the front.

My family loves noches, my co workers too! And I’ll keep coming, I just hope I don’t have to deal with this woman again.

I always prefer to go to that place to eat an arepita with coffee...

But today they didn't serve...I had to ask for the stir-fry for the coffee and they only brought one. (there were two of us)

They never gave me cutlery for the avocado, so I had to eat everything with my hands....
