Called to ask if the have a supplement in stock the lady over the phone a complete mess. She answered the phone like it was her cellphone that I called, without introducing the company I asked if this is the Nutrí Centro store and she said who? And hangup the call. Called again she finally said Nutrí when she pick up. I asked if she can look up for a supplement if they have in stock and she said that her manager will do that tomorrow that she does not do that and to order online for delivery and hangup the call. Very very disrespectful she shouldn't be employed as a business owner I would be worry having such unprofessional employee.

This shop has been the backbone of my nutritional program for years. Since I first started lifting and had no idea what a protein powder was, all the way until now, the people at NutriCentro have always helped me find exactly what I was looking for to make me feel better inside and, perhaps even more importantly, outside, of the gym.
They have everything. Every brand. Every product. Every protein snack and every energy blend. They even have an in store shake bar where you can grab a protein/nutrition shake and some food.
The customer service, however. Is what really sets them apart. Jose, the store manager, is particularly great. The guy lifts, as you’ll be able to tell (it’s pretty obvious). But it’s his knowledge of products and his experience in the fitness industry which truly stands out. With him, it’s no BS. He’ll tell you the truth about which supplements are worth it and which ones you should be buying to help you with your specific needs.
In essence, I cannot recommend this place enough. There’s a reason they’ve been around for as long as they have—DECADES.
They’ve been in my corner throughout my entire fitness journey, and they’ll be in your corner too.

This place is extremely good, I love the service, they sell fresh fruit, healthy bowls and protein shakes. The best thing is that everything is fresh, so if you like to train and then go for a healthy snack in the area here is the best option.

My everyday lunch spot! Such friendly and attentive staff, and consistently good quality smoothies & açai bowls! Easily one of my favourites spots in WNY! Great selection of supplements and protein powders as well :)
