The guy who makes pizza here is SOOOO incredibly rude to customers and DISGUSTING. Watched him grab a rag, clean THE FLOOR then use the rag to wipe down the countertop where they make the pizza. Health department???

the service here is atrocious. if you can’t be polite to customers then GET A NEW JOB. one of the guys working here is extremely rude. A customer asked what flavor pizza they had and he responded with “we don’t do flavors we do toppings this is pizza not ice cream”unnecessarily rude. On top of that, I’m assuming he did not realize I spoke Spanish and was making EXTREMELY inappropriate comments. Disgusting service. will not be returning would rather spend money elsewhere.

UPDATE: They gave me food poisoning.
My original review was written yesterday and today, it appears that it was contaminated. I now have severe food poisoning.
Previous post: I come here all of the time. This time was awful. I ordered Garlic Knots and they were served to me ice cold by the girl with the thick black framed glasses and slicked back ponytail. Her name is KARINA. She had an attitude and IN FRONT OF CUSTOMERS took my garlic knots that I BIT INTO, put it in the garlic knot tray and threw it in the oven. The couple that came in were disgusted and made a point about it and I’m so embarrassed and shocked. When I went to pay, she threw my debit card at me too. I am literally confused as to why she was so discriminatory towards me.

The only good thing was my slice but I was only allowed to buy 1 because they refused to make more to sell. Plus an Amazon worker came in looking to buy some plain slices and he was turned away. Poor guy.

After joe sale this place i dont like the way they work if you call at 10:15 pm they tell you the kitchen is closed. No good like that. All kitchen closed almost 15 minutes before the time.. sorry

We got a cheese pie from Prestos West New York yesterday and it was cooked to perfection, the right amount of sauce and cheese and crispness. We enjoyed every bite! I highly recommend this place.

I called the owner to order pizza for my grandson and I must say that the timing was on point but the pizza is something else,it’s the BEST PIZZA I had in a very long time,my grandson was not feeling well and my wife tried to feed him but he refused to eat but when I brought him PRESTO’S pizza he ate half of the medium pie,great pizza Presto’s pizza keep up the good work,5 stars all the way,
