A PF Chang's with friendly service, delicious food and views of the Manhattan Skyline, what more could you ask for. We've always loved the food at PF Chang's, but what really makes the West New York location a favorite is the friendly service. During our most recent visit we decided to place a togo order, after dining inside. We also asked our server if she could have some extra rice and to our surprise she adding not one, but two tubs of extra rice. This is what will keep us coming back again and again as we have for over 12 years.

Royer was very helpful and helped a lot with our careful dieting and made sure to check with the chef to make sure. P.F. Was lovely and the food is delicious like always. Me and my family come here often and are never disappointed because the food energy and severs are all amazing.
Vegetarian options: There were lots of options and almost all meat options could be changed to vegetarian.
Dietary restrictions: Royer made sure to check with the chef so we could eat knowing that we were able to eat all the food. They also had a lot of options for our many restrictions.

The menu changes have been horrible. The dynamite shrimp is cut up into tiny pieces and they removed the good crunchy rice to mostly be red cabbage. They changed once and did awesome then they changed again and it's horrible. I live right next to here and I'm not going again until they change it back. Ugh. Stay away.
The staff was amazing and super nice. I feel bad leaving a bad review when the staff is so amazing and helpful and quick, but you can tell corporate came down and told them to make the food cost less and now it's gross. You cannot rely on your sauce , you actually need shrimp.
Other food didn't seem good either for this price. There are so many good take out places for Chinese, this isn't good.

I recently dined at PF Chang’s, and I can’t say enough about my amazing experience! The customer service was outstanding; the staff was attentive and friendly, making sure we had everything we needed throughout our meal. The food was absolutely delicious, with a great variety of flavorful dishes that truly showcased the best of Chinese cuisine.
The atmosphere was also fantastic, with a beautifully designed interior that enhanced our dining experience. I highly recommend PF Chang’s to anyone looking for a great meal and excellent service. I will definitely be returning!

Ordered delivery and imagine my surprise when the dynamite roll does not look like what’s in the picture nor does it look like past dynamite rolls I’ve ordered and received from this same location. I feel duped so I won’t be ordering from them any longer
