The fried and roasted chicken is delicious. The sides are pretty tasty as well. Reasonable speed of ordering and receiving food. It tasted fresh. Parking is the only major problem, you need to find street or municipal lot parking and it is hard to come by. Overall great food good service.

The place is in a very busy area wish I understood is hard to get a parking spot, the food I don’t know I went to a pollo campero in Florida and was delicious, that location in west union city it not that great, the service was slow, and the atmosphere not my favorite, I took to go.

Wanted to share great service I received from store manager Lucio. How treated me and my family with respect after my sister provided a 4 piece coupon to get a meal. He did inform us the coupon was not working but, he did honor the value of the coupon. Thank you

The last few times I’ve eaten at Pollo Campero from this location, the chicken has been undercooked inside. I’m not sure if it’s just a coincidence, but both times this happened it was on a Sunday night, so maybe that has something to do with it.
I’m a big fan of Pollo Campero—I truly think it’s the best chicken—but on these last two occasions, I basically had to throw it away. Not only does it taste unpleasant when it’s undercooked, but it’s also unsafe to eat.
If Pollo Campero is reading this, please know I’m writing this with good intentions, not to tear down the restaurant. I would love to keep enjoying the delicious chicken I’ve always had here, but if it happens a third time, it will be hard for me to come back. Pollo Campero is my favorite chicken, but unfortunately, not at this location lately.
I order by DoorDash. Driver took 2 hours of delivery. He ate all the food. I tip and paid all the fees. This is very disappointing.i took pictures.

They don't accept animals service even when they have their certificate. Update: The manager came and talked with us, he knows about all NJ regulations and allowed us to come in with our service Dog.
