First time in the restaurant and i was told in order to have the specials would have to download an “App” .. Downloaded an app from Guatemala and showed it to the employee which told me i had to fill in my information. Wasted my time trying to access an app that wasn’t the correct one! They did not even know how to help me out! Order and paid full price which is not an issue . Went to the second floor to eat due to having family over and several children. After eating for the first 30 minutes one employee comes and tells us we can’t be on the second floor unless it’s full on the first floor. Minding that they saw us going upstairs and nobody said anything. Second employee comes up and tells us that we have to go downstairs “NOW” I was with kids and an elder person and they started to eat fast which is not correct! I requested to speak to the manager which he apologized but , i really felt some type of way. Employees should be more polite and professional! One of the kids got very scared .. Food was good regardless our awful experience.
