Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

Payed an absurd amount of money for a 12 piece boneless chicken and an extra small drink. I had to make a second order just for my drink because the cashier wasn't paying attention to me when I told him I wanted one with my food. I actually witnessed people walk out of the restaurant without completing their order over the ridiculous prices.

$16 for a leg and 2 wings, you scoundrel.

My granddaughter bought food today for $52.00 the chicken was pink inside and the fries was cold it's sad to take advantage of a teenager like that.

Worst Popeyes ever, no customer satisfaction. For me too get two legs I have to order at regular price and not the promotional price

Great location, food is delicious, service is on point. What makes 0 sense is how the app points accumulate cannot be redeemed in this location. The majority of the items there can't be redeemed only at this Popeyes, so the majority of the time I go to a different location.

While in West New York, in drizzling 39 degree rain, I walked by a delicious scent of yummy fried chicken. Walking in, the delightful music played in the eating area. Food was being freshly made, always piping hot, crispy chicken, hot wings , and all portions were large too. Service is totally awesome, attentive, bilingual, and very courteous too. Courtesy is impressive because it's a fast food place and these young workers do not work for tips, hence they still are very attentive. I travel lots and fast food places really do not focus on going the extra step, but Popeyes on Bergenline certainly is the best for ambiance, food quality, quick service and most of all, very delicious, fresh, hot off the grill, tasty food. We always choose Popeyes above table-cloth eating places due to cost comparison and comfort. Thank you and kudos to the servers there. Gotta try that Popeyes. Enjoy!!!

Considering they're not flexible with a foldable scooter at a location in said premise that wouldn't bother anybody. It just kills the vibe for customer service. I'm sure the food is amazing, but if they're gonna be this adamant, I wouldn't trust their service or atmosphere then.
