It's a shame. I will not be going to this Popeyes no more. They got my oder completely wrong, which i understand it's an honest mistake but then they have the audacity to charge me 1.25 for each sauce and ketchup. I understand maybe if it was extra but it wasn't. After I tried to explain to her that I never got any sauce with my oder she told me the sauce was an additional charge. Complete RIPOFF!

First time getting the wings, it so tiny, don’t order that. Everything else is good.
popeyes was pretty good!, just didnt like the bones in the chicken, i didnt see the services becausing they were delivering, me as a kid, i didnt even know the order, but turns out, its quite pretty good!, but i didnt feel the ambiance in the place because just like i said, they were delivering, i liked the ranch sauce and the mardi gras mustard! the mustard was too spicy for me to be honest, but the chicken's crust and the chicken inside was so good i ate it all! i never had such great chicken like this, i highly recommend to go there!, but i have to say, they say the chicken was over-fried, sitting there for a long time, yikes!, and missing pieces of chicken from their order!, wonder where it is, and the managers/employees look rude and miserable, and there was some terrible customer service there!, yikes, not to be rude but they actually got a serious job for money to do, this woman even said they ordered a chicken wrap and the lady was putting the wrap together, the chicken tender that she put inside the wrap didn't fit!, so she cut a piece and she literally ate it! yuck!, but seriously, it actually didnt fit at all, but the others say the chicken was hot and fresh! they never had a issue there at all! they saw the older bad reviews, they thought it must have been because older bad staff, but the new staff and managers were great!, but i would say, i would highly recommend go to popeyes! there are some newer staff and managers that are super nice and great!, good riddance popeyes! we love you! sorry if this review is/was too long for you.

This POPEYES use to be good but it has gone shitz! Chicken is either over-fried or it has been sitting out for a long time. Always missing pieces of chicken from my order. The heavy set female manager has an attitude problem and the employees look miserable and are rude.Terrible customer service!

so for more then 10 years have weve been supporting this popeye. on 54th and bergenline ave. the little mexican guy there even after spending 31 dollars on 2 fast food meals (which is ridiculous) its kkkorrupted food. is sooooo cheap. i cant even ask for 2 bbq sauces and 2 ranch sauces. its a 31 dollars at a fast food joint. that little mexican guy isnt a pinncale to the community just a money hungry little man
