Esto fue justo ahora La mesera se molestó xq preferimos diferente mesa, se le ordena un sándwich de jamón queso y huevo y lo que dice es q los sándwiches no traen huevo, pues ordenamos un breakfast completo y de mala gana tapa los desayunos e indica q eso no lo tienen. Le pregunto si tienen huevo, dice que si pues yo voy a pagar extra por el huevo y ni pagando extra se le puede añadir Gracias por todo incluyendo tu mala actitud Deberían ofrecer cursos de servicio al cliente y manejo de emociones, posiblemente tuvo un mal día y se la desquita con los clientes

Great place

We ordered a paella marinera and also yuca hervida and yuca frita. The paella was good. The yuca hervida did not seem to have any seasonings whatsoever. The yuca frita, by the time we ate it, was tough (not the restaurant's fault). This was a take out order. The pick up service inside the restaurant seemed extremely disorganized. I arrived to pick up our order about five minutes after the time when they said it would be ready. I waited about 20 minutes for it. At one point, I had asked an employee who was behind the bar, to check and he confirmed the order was there; however, he apparently could not give it to me. By the way, we had prepaid it. If we are ever in the area again, we will eat in so we do not have to deal with their disorganized system to pick up take out orders.

Great place

Our waiter Mario was extremely rude to the point that he was upset that we ordered an extra dessert. He mentioned in a condescending tone that we should place the order all at once because he had other things to do. This waiter was extremely unprofessional. Sad

How should I start this review? Totally disappointed. Prices up 30% service is lousy food quality mediocre. I ordered a churrasco cost 38 dollars a year ago.My wife's Filet Mignon was super dry. Used to be two sides now it's only one. The Moro rice was dry the sweet plantains were dry like they have been sitting in a warmer for hours. Can't get a glass of water have to buy a water bottle and they don't even give bread. What kind of a Cuban restaurant is this? All the staples of the Cuban cuisine is lost in this place no I'm Cuban and my wife has a cooking channel in YouTube. For the money we wasted in this place I could have put up a couple of dollars more we could gone to Peter Lugers or another top tier Steak House and had much better quality and better service. Before I forget the menu gave no drink prices and the waitress had no idea their cost, we are just supposed to pay whatever they want. And to finish of this review. When I paid with my credit card I was charged more because I used a credit card and nowhere I seen this in the menu. NEVER AGAIN WILL THIS PLACE EVER SEE ME AND MY FAMILY AGAIN.

The Food and Fantastic staff was a great experience. Delicious and ready to visit again and again . Wepaaaaaaaaaaa!!
