This was definitely an experience I would never forget, not only did they mess up every ones order and have the audacity to get upset for them messing up the order. My sister ordered the steak burrito for me. They had the audacity to put in Philly cheesesteak meat instead of the actual steak pieces. It was the most disgusting thing I’ve ever tasted, went straight to the trash.

Normally enjoy their food but I ordered on slice and made some adjustments to the order. Called to confirm the adjustments and the girl on the phone said "I can't do that because we're busy so it's not being done". I had to pay another four dollars for the adjustments THEN I get my food and there's a long blonde hair in it. Thankfully slice helped me but I will no longer be ordering from this place.

I've never had a problem with this place up until today. I always have a friendly female answer and take my order. Today, I had a male manager. Dealing with him made all the negative reviews true. He made a mistake in my order and refused to admit to his mistake. Asked me several times if I was deaf because I asked for a refund, and he said he wouldn't give me one even if I returned the food. With all the reviews pointing to only the male manager, I highly suggest the owner take action. His customer service sucks and he doesn't know how to deflate a situation.
