I've never had a problem with this place up until today. I always have a friendly female answer and take my order. Today, I had a male manager. Dealing with him made all the negative reviews true. He made a mistake in my order and refused to admit to his mistake. Asked me several times if I was deaf because I asked for a refund, and he said he wouldn't give me one even if I returned the food. With all the reviews pointing to only the male manager, I highly suggest the owner take action. His customer service sucks and he doesn't know how to deflate a situation.

He got my order wrong and called me deaf, hung up on me and talked back without a care in the world. It's useless to complain about this place as he proudly said the owner was his father. I did not receive a refund, an apology, an exchange or any type of solution. Stay away!!!!

Absolutely disappointed not the same compare to the first few years when the orders use to take care of the customer's. Taste of the food is so different slowly getting worse I order the baby churrasco all I can taste is vinegar

Fast service, friendly service, but the few times I ate here it always left my stomach unpleasant, and it really messed me up for the day. Just be aware if you are eating and have your day planned outdoors...keep a bathroom in mind.

Horrible service, Cheap hamburger bread served with pasta as a garlic bread instead of a hero bread ; pasta not made to perfection; looks like the owner doesn’t know what he’s doing. Phone operator tried to shut me up through the phone and lie. Not the first time they steal from the plates service and class. You get what you payed for; I would not recommend.

I’ve been coming to this place for over 5 years, no other place can beat their penne alla vodka with meatballs. The staff is so friendly and accommodating of my allergies and any additional requests. I moved to a different city and I still make the drive to come here.
