“This was one of the highlights of our trip to NYC. This place combines such amazing flavor at a very reasonable cost and with friendly service. We got a wide variety of hand rolls including spicy tuna, spicy shrimp, and sunshine. All of them were standout and I don’t think you could make a bad selection here. Their spicy mayo dip was also excellent with each roll. I highly recommend trying this place out.“

“The sushi inside the fish market is a hidden gem! The rolls aren’t fancy or picture-perfect, but the quality of the fish more than makes up for it. Everything tastes incredibly fresh. Even the wasabi has more flavor than what you get at most upscale sushi spots. If you care more about flavor and freshness than presentation, this is the place to go... expect a wait!“

“I order the Joji Box pretty regularly—about once a month—since I work in the same building. While I used to be completely obsessed with their takeout omakase box, I have to admit the quality has dipped slightly over time. It was incredibly fresh before, and though it’s not quite the same now, I still find myself going back whenever I’m craving sushi. Plus, if you work in the building, you get a 10% discount, which is a nice perk.“

“I stopped by today for a quick bite at the sushi bar and wow. The food came fast was AMAZING , the service was spectacular and the wine was phenomenal. I don’t know his name but he wore glasses and had a beard and gave excellent service. Usually you have to beg for water but my cup stayed full. Definitely worth a visit if you have 15- 30 minutes. 👏“

“I used to come here all the time back in high school and decided to give it another try. I’m so glad I did! The prices are reasonable, the fish is fresh, and the service is nice. I got the pink lady roll and veggie roll. I’ll definitely order those again and will try other items.“

“Very yummy flavors! I got the lunchbox that came with 3 rolls and a side. I chose the edamame. You have your choice of hand rolls or cut rules are both. So I chose to get the scallop yuzu, which came with like an amazing citrus, spicy pepper sauce and the seared salmon, which was amazing as well. Those were in cut rolls, and then I had a full hand roll of the crunchy shrimp, which of course was amazing. Everything was seasoned perfectly and it wasn't too sweet or too underwhelming, very exciting to come back and try some other roles. The guys were also very helpful and knowledgeable of the menu because I definitely had question. Thanks y'all.
Heads up This place is a grab and go. It's very cute but I gave it four stars because it didn't have seating, which is understandable. But a cute bar seat would have been nice also. But it's quite small.“

“my absolute favorite! The coconut tofu noodle and tea leaf salad are the best!“
“Really bougie sushi, from the most unlikeliest of places (inside a grocery store). Just look at the box! Didn't know whether there was an Hermes bag in there or sushi.
Thankfully, the sushi itself was delicious. Great fish:rice ratio. Interesting artistic touches (mayonnaise flowers). I can totally see this getting blown up on influencer's Instagram.“

“I recently visited this sushi spot that had everything I was looking for! The sushi was perfectly cooked and tasted amazing, just the way I like it. And to top it all off, the price was very reasonable. Thank you so much for providing such delicious and fresh sushi!“
“I bought some take away at Liverpool Street. I buy from wasabi a few times a month. In this occasion the 4 boxes I bought all had spoiled avocado and I had to throw them out. This was the first bad batch I ever bought and wasabi customer service was great and the store refunded me fully. So I can only say I will continue to buy“

“Once I found Katsuya, I had a wonderful meal. If you go, walk past Whole Foods, Peloton and a half dozen potted trees. It is upstairs but there is an elevator. I had hamachi carpaccio - best I've very tasted, and the Katsuya roll - also very delicious. My server was lovely and the restaurant is beautiful“
