I came to the Bergerline and 61 St store on Saturday the 14th around 10pm to pick up an order and realized I chose the wrong store to pick up my order. They didn't help me, they said they had nothing to do with the application, they were not helpful, not friendly at all. I lost my money, they did not offer me any option or alternative solution. What terrible service! Don't come here! The staff is totally inept without any vocation for service...Horrible experience!

Un buen sitio solo que en algunos turnos(no todos) alguno que otro personal hablan muy alto entre ellos y se rien muy alto(haciendo ruido) ademas la musica que ponen es demasiado alta.Creo que cuando uno va a un sitio a disfrutar una comida este debe aportar las condiciones agradables para que asi uno se sienta relajado y poder disfrutar.
