Terrible young lady at order line.i placed an order at 9.20 pm and she promptly told we they were closing in ten minutes and that if I planned to eat there probably not enough tome.HER ATTITUDE WAS TERRIBLY POOR. I know it's a nee establishment but I'm sorry I will never go back.This person totally turned me off.The chicken sandwich was dry and slapped onto aroll.I did fine in under duress.I felt that under the time limitations I could not eat comfortably and left with one half of my dry chicken sandwich eating in the street. I recommend nothing.I know I am only one person but the service and negative vibe and the hostility of the person of the checkout lady I will never return.GOOD LUCK WENDYS

Placed an order for delivery on 3/1 and received a completely different order. When I called the store they reviewed the order with me, mumbled refund at the end and hung up on me. It’s 3/6, I haven’t received my refund and haven’t heard from them since.

I do not recommend going to this place, the security is very rude, they take you out of the place if you are not using, I went to the interview and I had already notified that I had an interview, the security approaches me and tells me you have been in the place for a while and you have not consumed anything, you have to leave the place

I placed a delivery order through the Wendy's app, using both my reward points and an offer for an order. After waiting over an hour, I was informed by the Dasher that someone else had already picked up my order. The manager simply told me that someone took my food and that I needed to contact DoorDash for a refund. Wendy’s made no effort to verify the person picking up the order, resulting in my food being stolen and my time wasted.
To make it worse, I lost my reward points, which I was told are nonrefundable. This situation is completely unacceptable—Wendy’s failure to verify pickups means anyone can walk in and take someone else’s food. It’s ridiculous that I’m the one left to chase down a refund for something that wasn’t my fault.
This experience shows a complete lack of professionalism. Wendy’s needs to seriously reevaluate their verification process. I advise others to be cautious when using their app for delivery

Something is wrong with this Wendy's, feels like it's not up to standard. It's definitely not as good as the one in North Bergen near Walmart and BJ's.

I'm a customer who likes wendys But the staff they have leaves a lot to say about the company , it 's the worst service of all the Wendys I've ever visited . I hope the company has a better vision to select its staff . In specific the person who is in the box and delivers the food. Everyone has problems at home but doesn't have to take it to their work area, I think I won't visit that place anymore especially that place

Nighttime window-only service is horrible. Staff is slow, incompetent, and mismanaged.
Why is only one person bagging orders while 3 others, PLUS the manager are aimlessly milling about??
Absolutely infuriating to see your order sitting on the counter for over 10 minutes while ONE staff member is preparing other orders. This entire problem created by the idiotic model of locking the store when they could just hire a security guard and run the store normally until close. The store is way too busy to be window-only service.
By the time my food got to me, it was no longer hot.

I just was there and there customer service is very bad, one of the workers who work at this Wendy's location told me to go over the counter to fight him.. Very disrespectful even the manager is very disrespectful SMH bad customer service.. Hopefully the boss at that Wendy's location sees this complaint.
