I've walked passed this place several times and always wondered why they are always dead. Decided to give them a try and quickly learned why. We sat there waiting for service after being told by the bar tender that they will be right back when the place was dead. Then they proceeded to take someone else's order who just walked in off the street long after us. The place was so empty that there was no mistaking who should have been served first. No water, no drinks, nothing.

I love this place! Found it on Google wanting to kill time and I definitely made the right decision coming here. If you eat plant based, vegan food, live in, or visiting west new york area, I highly recommend checking this place out. Their prices are good too. ? ?

Not too many vegan options in the area. With that being said, this place was mediocre at best. I ordered the tofu pad Thai as well as the chorizo tacos. I ate the tacos but wasn't wowed enough to come back for more. The tofu pad Thai was completely over cooked. Noodles get soft and fluffy when over cooked and that's exactly how they were. They tofu was no better. Had the tofu been perhaps breaded and fried, it may have been tastier but it looks as though they use soft tofu instead of firm which doesn't make it pleasurable. Nonetheless, the service was great. They took the pad Thai off my bill and apologized which wasn't necessary.

This food was amazing and came fast. The portion was big. Enough for us to be full and take some home. The service was great as well. I server was Julio, he suggested some drinks and they were great. We got a Pina colada and I forget the name of the other one but it was alcohol free and delicious. The place is nice and clean and has a good vibe. My fave was portebella steak and the sofrito empanada

Vegan Options are quite tasty and the place has a nice setup.I wish they can add more Recipes to there menus. It is better buns that are gluten and whole grain friendlier. And Yuca Fries would be a great idea ?Vegetarian options: PLEASE ADD MORE RECIPES..1. Oyster Myshroom can be used as an alternate Air fries chicken-like solution2.Chickoea flour can be whipped in Flatbreads or wraps.2.Learn more options.Thanxx!!

Solid choice for those in the West New York area of New Jersey, particularly if you're seeking vegan or vegetarian options. The food was fresh and tasty, although skewed a bit on the sweet side for our personal taste. Still enjoyed our takeout meal, even the carnivores. Favourite bite as agreed by all four in our party was the Sofrito Empanada - delicious! Bonus was the really excellent service in a clearly well cared for and clean restaurant.

This restaurant is truly vile. I ordered a pad thai that arrived two hours late and looked like a gross heap of plain noodles covered in ketchup. All day I have been trying to receive a refund and I am told over and over that the manager has my number and will call me.This food is so overpriced and looking at it makes me physically recoil. If you want to be disrespected, robbed of your appetite as well as your dignity, and spend a whole day trying to resolve what should be a simple task, this is the place. For anything else, run for the hills. This place is not worth it by any means.

Great vegan food! Would recommend if you want to have a vegan Spanish food. I personally got the milanesa and it slapped

My husband and I decided to try Zoni on Sunday (we were running errands and I got VERY hungry). It was late afternoon, so the restaurant was just a little busy, but it didn't feel empty. It felt cozy, and the music was not only great it was the *perfect* level. I am very sensitive to sound and I was amazed at how the sound was just audible enough to make out, but not so loud my husband and I couldn't have a conversation. The service was wonderful, and we felt very welcomed and taken care of without feeling overly checked upon.Overall the experience from a customer service perspective was five star. Now, for the food, I can't do anything but RAVE (it is seriously worth more than 5 stars). I haven't had empanadas in years because I'm gluten-free, and their empanada was HEAVEN. My husband had a soup, which was scrumptious, and our mains were SO GOOD. There was plenty of food, so we boxed up the rest of our mains to go, and I'm snacking on leftovers right now (they are still SO delicious!) We were too full for dessert but will definitely be back to try some! We each ordered a mocktail, and they were fascinating and incredible. I'm amazed and so grateful to have such a fabulous restaurant with earth-friendly/environmentally conscious options close by. We will definitely be returning at least once a month for dinner, and I'm looking forward to having this as a new ritual!

I have tried close to 10 items over three visits, between appetizers and main entrees, and everything has been delicious. The lomo-saltado and portobello steak were the most recent and I am always so impressed with how fresh everything tastes. You can't miss no matter what you get.

Amazing service and food. I usually don't write reviews but the fresh food taste in every bite is refreshing. You can't find this food in NYC! I would say ignore the bad review previously posted by someone! It's not as strong tasting as other Spanish restaurants but that's because it's not unhealthy!

First visit here and so impressed. Fresh original dishes that are healthy and 100% plant based. We ordered several dishes and shared them: Palmito Empanado, ceviche (palm of heart) , Curdito Salad (amazing), sancocho (very filling), and Mofongo. Fresh brightly colored ingredients, delicious flavors, beautiful presentation. Super service. We had latte and coffee, but they also have mock tails and serve alcohol. Nice cozy space with beautiful tile floor, pine counters , music that wasn't too loud. Food came out fastVegetarian options: 100% plant based. EVERYTHING IS VEGANParking: Street parking

My mom and I stumbled upon this place and my god was it delicious. We ordered the Mofongo, the empanada, the Curtido salad, and the sancocho. Everything was incredible. I’ve never had Mofongo before and it was so flavorful. Like shepherds pie but with more of a punch of bright flavor. The ceviche was also one of my favorites, but everything was great. We also had a latte and coffee, which were tasty. The service was wonderful, food came out fast, and the presentation was just beautiful. Hope to be back one day!Dietary restrictions: All vegan restaurant

Food is amazing!! Customer service is where this restaurant falls flat. The first time I went, I ate in restaurant with my family and we were served food with no utensils. The waitress didn't notice so I had to get up and ask for them. After that, the waitress never came back to our table. I ran out of the sauce that came with my food and since the waitress never came back, I had to get up and ask for more. I was super disappointed because the restaurant wasn't even busy...like, she couldn't come back once to check on us?I thought getting take out would be a better experience but again, they dropped the ball with customer service. My fiancé ordered and paid through their website which comes up as clover.com. When I went in to pick up the order the waitress told me that they never got our order, and that they don't even use clover.com she made it seem like there was nothing to be done even though we had just paid over $60 on their website. She didn't offer any solution or anything to rectify the situation. I went to my fiancé to get his phone with the receipt and brought it to her and then all of a sudden she found the receipt for the order. No apology, nothing. Just told us that it would take 15 minutes to make it now. Keep in mind, we'd placed the order at least 20 minutes before showing up and now we had to wait an additional 15 minutes. You would think they'd apologize for the wait or inconvenience but no, we got nothing of the sort. The food is great, as I said. Their customer service just needs a lot of work.
