I was very pleasantly surprised by the excellent customer service as well as the quality of the food. As someone who grew up in a world where Jersey diners were open 24/7, this diner has kept that tradition. Most diners in my area now close at 2:00 or earlier. Thankfully, Americana is open 24/7. It isn't fancy, but it's a nice, clean, and safe place to grab a good meal. I really don't have anything but positive things to say about this diner.
Went for a late night dinner. Ordered bacon, eggs, rye toast, and grits. Bacon was undercooked, eggs were overcooked, toast barely had any color, and grits tasted like cardboard - no flavor, whatsoever, almost still crunchy, and a ton of butter at the bottom of the bowl.
Overall, the service was excellent and the food was just ok. Bonus points for being 24 hours, but def won't go out of my way to eat there.

The only place that is open 24 hours around here, they get 5 stars ✨ just for that.
I think the home fries were a little off, might be the margarine. ? I ordered a Belgian waffle with eggs and sausage and I didn't expect it to come with potatoes.
