Thus location is super slow in the morning. Probably because right next door to a Dunkin. But my orders have always been made perfectly and quickly. I highly recommend this location at least for breakfast (which is the only timing I've been there)

Dear Burger King Corporate,
I’m writing to report a serious incident that happened at your West Orange, NJ location about three weeks ago. I’ve lived in West Orange my whole life and have been a loyal customer of this location for years.
After receiving an incorrect order, I politely brought it back inside. The manager on duty, Lou, dismissed my concern without checking properly—then shockingly called me a “stupid nagger” in Spanish.
I immediately reported this to her supervisor, Renee, who did nothing. No apology, no accountability—and Lou is still working there.
This behavior is disgusting and unacceptable, especially from a manager. I’m asking for a full investigation and clear action to be taken.
I look forward to your response.

They seem to close the drive thru whenever they want. I made a mobile order and they refused to serve me. I understand if I am making a new order 5min before midnight but if I can’t pick up a mobile order past 11:30 then that should be reflected in the operating hours. Off to Taco Bell I guess.
What can I say, it's a Burger King. Edit: I discovered that I can order my whopper with no onions and there is hardly any problem. Burgers give me indigestion so I don't go often. The staff is friendly and the food was hot and fresh. ? ? ? OH and they serve lunch after 7am, perfect for my hours.
