I reached out about creating a cake for my son’s first birthday. Mike responded instantaneously and served as a phenomenal thought partner throughout the whole process. He was attentive, accommodating, responsive, and truly a pleasure to work with. He ensured that I was comfortable with him leveraging some creative liberty (which I was!) and shared a picture of the final product before marking it complete. Gianella was the best worker there, she wasn't there for long but she made my Gelato experience amazing! She had some AMAZING customer service and her mop game was out of this WORLD. She was mid mop and she stopped mopping to attend my Gelato needs, I would always give her a HUGE tip and it would satisfy her. PLEASE BRING GIANELLA BACK!!!
