“Really nice staff. I came in last night like 15mins till closing, which I didn't realize because Google has the time wrong. Anyway I came in craving ice cream and could see they were getting ready to close up I could tell because the ice cream vaults were closed, so not wanting to making them open their ice cream vaults I said ok I'll just get a doughnut. I'm not sure of the guys name but he offered to open the ice cream and take my order. The sweet cashier Samira even gave me 2 free doughnuts since they were throwing them out anyway. I will be visiting this place again! great customer service goes a long way! Plus the ice cream and doughnuts were good!!!“
“I went to Cold Stone Creamery at Essex Green last week to try their available-for-a-limited-time Boo Batter ice cream before the Halloween season ends. The woman who took my order was friendly and wrapped up my order to go (Boo Batter with Oreos in an orange waffle cone) and packed it in a bag for me so it was safe to travel. She was friendly and provided good customer service.“

Took time to get our full order with no rushing and even enrolled us in the rewards program for a free chocolate. For takeout, the waffle did get soggy - somewhat like the bottom of an ice cream cone, and somewhat like choux pastry that's been sotting around.
