Very unpleasant experience.
The manager, Chelsea, had a bad attitude from the moment we walked in. She seemed like she didn't want to be there, and every question or request felt like it was a hassle.

If you're looking for an expensive disappointment rather than the premium ice cream experience Cold Stone Creamery advertises, this location delivers exactly that. A signature part of the Cold Stone experience has always been watching the staff chop and fold the mix-ins into the ice cream on the frozen stone.
