“I’ve been going to Nury for traditional Dominican cake for some years now and the cake is ALWAYS fresh and delicious, whether you buy it by the slice or a whole cake. I’ve only recently, however, asked for specific designs and she always warns me that the suspiro doesn’t behave the same as buttercream so the design might not come out the way I’d like, but it always turns out amazing! I’ve tried a few different places nearby but Nury’s is always top tier.“

“Steph’s Baking Boutique was recommended from a local page. I am from out of the area, but needed to order a cake for my sister-in-law’s baby shower. This was a perfect recommendation! Steph did a fantastic job, the cake was delicious and we ordered cupcakes in another flavor to accompany the cake. I had sent her some ideas and photos and she went above and beyond. For the toppers of the cupcakes I thought she would just do an icing decoration, but she added sugar cookies and they came out so cute and complimented our theme perfectly! Thank you again!“

They have such an amazing selection of pastries, cakes, cookies, breads, and other treats, so there is always something tempting to bring home. The staff is also friendly and helpful, and the bakery has such a welcoming atmosphere. “We respect all opinions and try to improve ourselves according to customer feedback, but some of our ex-employees and competitors take advantage of this tool to throw mud at our work. One of the reviews says the person who is the wife of a city inspector and says that this inspector found the place dirty. This is not logical or true because when that happens they close the businesses until what they find is fixed and they fine the merchants. Our and your bakery has never failed any of the city inspections since their first visit and we have never had to close our business for health reasons. As merchants we know that the competition uses these means to throw garbage at the reputation of its most successful competitors and that is unfair competition. We do not fall for that and we focus on delivering the best product and service to our customers. We are here to listen to any complaint and resolve it if you speak to us in a forum where we can defend our work and seek a solution if warranted. “I was surprised when I went to work on my birthday as my boss and co workers presented me with a delightful Cold Stone Creamery cake. It was delicious and looked great. I have eaten Cold Stone Creamery Ice Cream in the past and totally enjoyed it but this was the first time I have had their ice cream cake and I will definitely be going back and ordering one for future celebrations.“

I called the store multiple times no answer. I even went to the store was told manager Jimmy would call me today 3/11/26. Still nothing. As much as I paid for this cake it should of been the way I ordered. Never again because someone should of told my husband the cake is not exactly as we purchased and the price should of been adjusted and refund issued. Edit 3/12/26 Jimmy the manager called me and explained the situation and it was a miscommunication. He apologized and rectified the situation. I would definetly buy another cake from coldstone. “I’ve loved Cold Stone for years and always supported every local establishment in any area I’m near. This was my first time at this specific location and it was very welcoming and clean. Don’t you just love when you walk into an ice cream shop and can smell the freshness of the products? I’ve craved ice cream since the start of my pregnancy and I’m currently 6mon. The one girl who assisted me was truly patient and helpful with me. I mixed around a few flavors and toppings and she got me just right lol shot out to her!! Oh I gave 4 stars because I keep trying to call the store to ask about something but no one ever answers. That’s quite disappointing so I hope they can get that together.“
