Ordered a large latte with skim and 1 Splenda. They made it with the default amt of 3 Splenda. Unfortunately I drove away already. Anyway it was a long wait as it was. The label on the cup was correct, justade wrong. It's my usual order, but my first time at this location. I do not recommend this place. I will not be back.

I order at 7:18. Came to pickup at 7:55. The store says it closes at 8:00. The guy wont let me in to pickup my stuff. And the worse part, I don’t even receive a refund. Nice!

Very shrewd rude and unprofessional service!
Donuts were stale and hard., while trying to speak with the owner. He was very dismissive, unkind, appalling and abrasive!

It's super easy to be nice. Unfortunately when you don't care this is the behavior exemplified.. if you like great customer friendly Professional Service do not go to this place. It was a horrific experience!
