Fortissimo Osteria / Pizzeria

Waited over an hour and a half to receive cold, overpriced, mediocre food. The cheese in the mozzarella sticks are hard bc they are ice cold, as well as the cheese on the pizza. They charged $11 for 3 small chicken tenders. Currently microwaving all my food as i write this review. When I called they didn’t care to make it right either. Please don’t waste your money here.

Grilled chicken romaine salad was awful. Chicken was undercooked, rubbery and tasted old. Threw away the entire salad which was expensive.

Some of the best Italian food I've had outside of Italy. The staff are great, the portions are hearty, and the desserts are killer.

Parking: It's a small strip-mall parking lot, and it seems to get crowded. We walked from our hotel.

Kid-friendliness: The staff were great with the kids, and helped us with lids for their cups.

Wow. Honestly, no one recommended it. I came guided by Google reviews and I was not mistaken, we were at a nearby zoo and we were looking for somewhere to eat and the service and food were the best option. Casamigos margaritas are the best I have ever had. I don't live nearby but I would return.

Working in the area and we've ordered lunch a couple of times from this place, the food is very good but they don't make your sandwich the way you asked and they only put one slice of cheese on the subs. Other than that I would eat here again

I was extremely disappointed with the food and service today. Our pizza arrived in just 3 minutes, uncooked and inedible. We had to request that they take it back and bake it again. The waiter forgot my drink and showed no remorse when I pointed it out. Despite not having many customers, the service was incredibly slow. This place has been a favorite for my family and me for a while, but today's experience was a complete waste of time and money.

Third time is a charm they said… but not for fortissimo! Missing items that clearly shows on the recipe and they still miss it! After 1 hrs and 26 min my pizza is COLD my sandwich ( Terminator Sub ) soggy, mozzarella sticks also cold… smh. West Orange needs better pizzarias.
