The Highlawn offers a changed experience, now featuring an open kitchen and bar. The view remains exceptional, and the food is generally very good, with standout dishes like the scallops. Some dishes could be improved, and while the service is attentive, there is room for improvement in terms of familiarity with the menu and timely delivery of items. Service can be slow, possibly due to the kitchen being overwhelmed. Staff is eager to rectify any problems and make the experience special. The restaurant now offers a larger selection of Italian wines and sushi. The lamb chops were mostly fat and very little meat. The roasted chicken included a wing and a thigh, no breast. The ambience and location were beautiful, and the food was great, with the salmon being a favorite. The server could have been a bit more attentive. The venue itself is stunning, providing the perfect atmosphere.
