Please call the “lobster Roll” a lobster Hoagie because you use hoagie roll instead of the traditional soft roll used for a “lobster Roll”. Serving a lobster roll on a hoagie is confusing to people who eat traditional lobster rolls

Autumn was attentive and has great customer service skills!!! She made my mother and I comfortable at this location!!! She needs to be employee of the month and year!!! We will definitely come back because of Autumn!!!

Today we visited Hook n Reel with high expectations that didn’t disappoint again and Aaran as our waiter and he was phenomenal, super helpful and attentive to my needs. He explained everything clearly on the menu. We will return again. Thanks Aaran 😊
