Under the new ownership of the place is totally different vibe is great! The food is fantastic. The service was wonderful. They also did a great job with ambience. We were starved by our bartender Sean who was knowledgeable and personable. Xavien, the bar back was so welcoming with his with smile and attentiveness. The drinks were on point. The tacks were delicious. We had such a good time; we decided to come back the next day. We met Alyssa the bartender who remembered our favorite drinks and Juan, the manager. I am consistently impressed with the quality and taste of the food. Incredibly delicious every single time. I am gluten intolerant which can pose challenges. The kitchen and staff have been amazing In accommodating my food allergy. I highly recommend Sonoma on any day of the week. It very quickly became my favorite go-to restaurants.“

“Went for my sister's birthday lunch. We had a small party if 3. The DJ was good played hip hop, r&b and house music (of course NJ all day). The crowd was good and varied in age but everyone was friendly. The staff was good and attentive. My sister is vegetarian and she was a able to choose from a few options and was very happy with her food.

We had french toast, vegetable lo mein, wings, catfish and breakfast potatoes. All food was delicious!“

We decided to go to this place on a whim and it turned out to be one of the best decisions ever. The atmosphere was incredible. Everyone in there was so cool and the bartender was fantastic and very helpful. She recommended the Jack Daniels burger so we both went with it. When I tell you we both dreamed about this burger for our entire trip. We ended up going back to this place two more times. It was such a great local place with great people. I can’t recommend it enough. If you’re ever in the area go there and get the Jack Daniels burger. Talk to the locals. Have a pint and enjoy the vibes. 5/5. 10/10. Incredible.“

The burgers, meatloaf and pita wraps were excellent. The owner Vinnie greeted us and seated us, then came by to chat with us. The server was attentive and seemed to like her job. About a 15 - 20 minute walk from the Harrison PATH station. I will be making future visits there with old collegues.“

We came in for the Triple Chocolate Meltdown (which is always a favorite!), but having Samar take care of us made it even better. The service here is always great.
