I recently visited the Starbucks in West Orange, NJ, and unfortunately, I had a negative experience with one of the employees, Evelyn. I asked her a simple question about getting some ice, but she responded in a nasty tone & with an attitude. It's disheartening to encounter such poor customer service, and because of Evelyn's behavior, I won't be returning to this Starbucks. It's a shame that one employee's attitude can ruin the experience for customers.

Customer service was good.Thank you!Wish it was cleaner inside.The floors, tables, and restroom in the store are all dirty.The overall cleanliness of the store makes me concerned about the food hygiene.

29 minutes to get a latte.People working seemed a bit angry this day.I think drive thru was overwhelmed. Thought I'd go inside to save time, but didn't work out.

UPDATE; They have worked out the kinks and are generally on top of things! The workers are fantastic.This is... not a great Starbucks. I was so excited for it to open, but half the time the hours change without notice. They are routinely out of basic items. The workers are kind, but management needs to step up.

I went today as soon as they opened early at 6 AM. There were about two cars in front of me on the drive-through the screen to place an order outside was pitch black so I thought it was off. I waited for a few minutes no one said anything so I drove up behind the other cars when I got to the window , the grumpy old miserable man told me I had to announce myself At the pitch black screen to place an order, And that now I have to go back around and wait behind the five cars that now piled up behind me. I said I didn’t know I had to announce myself. Can I please just get a plain iced coffee it’s a quick drink. I already waited online now. He refused and kept telling me to go to the back of the line again. That’s the worst customer service You could possibly provide from Starbucks that I’ve ever heard of.This Starbucks already sucked and I’m not going back again now for sure. I Come to this Starbucks everyday and The only reason I come is because it’s the closest to me because most of the time the drinks are quarter of the way empty.

This starbucks is always busy with drive thru orders but employees are fast and do their best. My standard drink is pretty good. Overall the team that runs this starbucks deserves some praise. Best wishes..

I ordered a Venti iced matcha latte and a quarter of my order was foam & by the time you take the ice out you’re looking at a quarter of actual latte. Not my proudest moment spending $2 per oz of matcha latte. But it’s pretty inside the store!

This Hass to be the worst Starbucks in the world. I’ve been online at 12 o’clock. I got here it’s 1250 I’m still in the drive-through stuck. Please do not go to the Starbucks I beg you guys are you guys going to be in the same boat I am this is one of the worst Starbucks in New Jersey??‍♂️

Every time I patronize Starbucks in west Orange, I am always disappointed with the customer service provided by the cashier and the lack of cleanliness of the establishment. No matter when I go into this location the tables are ALWAYS DIRTY as well as the COUNTER and the FLOORS. The floors always in need of a good sweeping however the young staff never seem to clean them or anything else in this establishment. There has to be a manager who can address this problem which seems to be consistent in the comments; you’re saying you hear people, yet the problem persists. Do better.

Took 30 min for a cold brew, latte and a breakfast sandwich and I left without my latte. If it is this backed up should at least be told ahead of time so can make adjustments. Will now be late to the event.

I always go with my grandmother every Saturday night and it's something I look for every weekend. The employees are nice and known my grandma and I.

Reliably this is the slowest Starbucks I’ve ever been to. I’ve gone At least 10 times and on average, Even though I always place a Mobile order ahead of time I still wait on average an additional 10 minutes. They have even at times forgotten my order.
