I have to say , I use to be so excited to come to this Starbucks but lately it’s not been my favorite location. I’ve been such a cold foam girlie and when I’ve asked for/ paid got extra cold I get a splash and such attitude . I went to another location and asked for extra cold form and they gave me more than some. I always enjoy my food and drinks but the service from the staff has not been the best. Not the greatest experience at SB. Especially this one, lack of accountability here.

1. everyone was on their phones. No one greeted us.
2. Male employee walked pass while on his phone to go stand on the other side to continue to be on his phone
3. One female employee who was already engaged making a sandwich was the only one to help
I wouldn’t recommend if you want a great SB experience.

Did drive thru two coffee drinks and a pop. Guy says $16.69. I swipe card. Later I check starbucks app. Creep added $5 tip. Currently fighting to get back the unauthorized tip. Insane!
