Yesterday was the 3rd time these people over charged me for my food.the recipe says one price, but thenThis time the short chubby Spanish lady over charged me $1.63 and still tried to say I was short. Something is right with them. She refused to explain the transaction just like the other time. Last time I had to speak to who I think was the manager (a guy) and he apologized. They all are rude and stealing money.

This place is annoying at times. Bagels are amazing but they don't listen when you order certain things and tbey make your food the way they want, not the way you ask. Then they speak Spanish, thinking you don't understand but I understand 😊. Ordered my usual 1 bagel with a side of cream cheese & it was so busy that I paid & left. Got to work & realized I was over charged. Called to ask, why I was charged more & she kept calling me honey & trying to talk over me, telling me no, no there's different sizes. I've been going to this place for a yr & was never told about different sizes. No one has ever asked me what size I wanted, so I assumed it was the same. Then once I told her ok so there's different sizes, so why would you make me a large side of cc for 1 bagel? She got quite & said nothing. Make it make since. I can see if I ordered multiple bagels but 1 bagel you just give a lg size to charge that price without letting the customer know. Horrible!

I’ve been coming here for years, but lately, the service has completely declined. They’ve messed up my order multiple times, kept me on hold for 10 minutes while prioritizing other customers, and demonstrated a clear lack of professionalism. This place is becoming ridiculous.

Great bagels! The staff is great, and the bagels are really good and soft, although they are slightly burnt sometimes.
Parking: 2 larger parking lots, and some parking on the side street. If you have to, you can park at the Post Office.

A nice little place tucked away. Blink and you might miss it. But please don't. Friendly employees and food that is excellent and at the right price. Fresh bagels in the morning and a wide variety of food options keep me coming back.
Parking: I've never had an issue finding a spot, but the lot itself is very narrow and a little nerve-racking to navigate with just a few other vehicles in it.

I usually like the service but lately some haven’t listen to any simple requests on my orders. And the bagels are always hard and old lately? I’ve been spoiled At bagelwich in verona with fresh warm bagels. They can do better. It’s at a great lobation but the timing of the bagels are way off and maybe a better staff. It used to be better. Something changed.

Worst bagel I ever ate so far ..it wasn't wort 8 dollars for a small coffee and bagel. Ate quarter of it and throw in garbage, I told the lady 3 times light spread of cream cheese ,she still made it with chunky cheese ,when I corrected her gave me bad attitude, if you feel low about yourself and not appreciate that you have a bagel making job,just don't do it . And scallion cheese was old .don't waste your money at this place

An everything flagel is NOT a cold, hard, multigrain everything bagel with its center sliced out. Shame on you filling an order like that.
I was getting coffee ( house blend) but I have to call one of the attendants to ask if she can prepare another batch of coffee, because my cup was partially filled. I waited until all the procedures of preparing and waiting for the machine to end brewing with my half of a cup of coffee.(about 7 minutes)After the machine finished the process I asked if I could get a cup of the just finished coffee since the one (half a cup) I had it was already cold. She said I have to pay extra $1 if I want to get a cup of hot coffee . I don’t think it is fair that I had to pay extra to have a hot cup of coffee when this kind of situation happens, but you judge and be aware or lucky enough to be able to get a whole cup of coffee without having to wait to end filling your cup, charged extra and having to also deal with waiting time plus the rudeness of the attendant who told me that the owner told her she is supposed to charge extra in this case of a situation. While I was waiting one of the attendees commented sarcastically “I’ll pay the dollar “ because I was trying to explain my coffee got cold in the process and asking if I can replace the cold coffee. I hope the owner if happens to read this review will consider this complaint to take another approach when a client asks for something reasonable like asking to leave satisfied with a hot cup of coffee paid at the regular price no extra charge when this kind of situation happens. I left unhappy and uncomfortable with the attendant comment is not the act of paying a dollar if it is my fault but fairness if isn’t. Also to the owner please check the cameras so you can see that I was gentle, polite and respectful while I was waiting. Let me know what do you think? Thank you! Went on a Saturday morning, very crowded, large bagel selection, lots of spreads, lots of drinks, typical breakfast sandwiches, no seating.Small parking lot for multiple bizzes, some additional street parking.

I liked their bagels. They are thick and chewy and the lockse and cream cheese were also really good. I also tried the bagel sandwich with cheese, egg and Taylor ham. The staff try their best to keep everything moving during really high peak time in the morning. I think that maybe they might want to consider expanding into the space next door, which is currently vacant, because the space right now is very very cramped. It would benefit their customers to have some place to sit down and actually enjoy your bagel on the spot.
