We just visited Asian Bistro for the first time and it will not be the last time. Between the seven of us we tried a range of dishes, including udon, sushi, bibimbap, shrimp dumplings, and chicken with broccoli — everything was great. The miso soup was perfect and we gladly received a little extra, along with edamame. There aren’t a lot of authentic Korean restaurants in the Princeton area but Asian Bistro hits the spot. Everyone is kind here and you can tell they all work hard to make good food. I wish I took photos of the food but I was so hungry and it was so good, I ate it all before I could post. My family and I ordered the dumplings, jjampong (spicy seafood noodle soup) and jjajjangmyun (black bean noodles. Highly recommend!!

Recently reopened under new ownership, and everything was honestly 10/10. The food tasted amazing. They’re still getting a few things set up, like the online menu, since they just opened, but I’m excited to come back!
