The food was great as always. There was a long wait for the food, I wish we were told as we were sitting down as a courtesy, just so we were aware. The service was not good at all, the waitresses were all around the drinks area and were not attentive at the tables at all, they were just chatting amongst themselves. Great place for brunch on the weekends. Gets pretty busy waiting for a table but we were able to sit at the counter immediately. We got the chicken and waffles and the puerco old fashioned potato cake. The waffle was nice and crispy but the chicken was just plain chicken tenders. The puerco was flavorful with just the right amount of spicy but it could’ve been a little crispier around the edges.
After the closure of the Robinsvile location this was the next closest PJs so I came with my lady for a nice brunch. I wish I did some research because there was no bar inside so no drinks. The service was very slow for a Monday morning which without drinks felt even longer. The food was great but this location is tiny so I wouldn't recommend large groups.
