Thali had 13 different accompaniments - all very good. Adai Avial was tasty and substantial. Siddhesh friendly and attentive. Good value and taste for money - definitely compared to the other leading South Indian place in the Princeton area.
Great experience overall. We tried the rava dosa, uttapam, masala dosa, and chole bhature — everything was fresh, flavorful, and well prepared. The dosas were crispy with good filling and the chutneys/sambar complemented them really well. Chole bhature was also tasty and satisfying.
Special mention to Siddhesh for the excellent service — very friendly, attentive, and made sure we had a great dining experience. Would definitely visit again.
