We came for lunch and called ahead. The lady was super helpful especially when ordering the lunch special to cater it towards my dietary restrictions as I don’t eat pork. It was also super affordable as we got the lunch special and crab fried rice for under $20(with cash).
This is a pure takeout place. Ordered a lunch special boneless ribs. The outside was crispy, but the inside was dry and overcooked. Pork fried rice had only pork, sprouts(?) and onions (it was heavy on the onions). The hot and sour soup did not taste good, when it got a little cold, it became very thick. Not sure if I'll give it a second chance.
By far the best Chinese food in the Princeton area. The place is spotless, the food is fresh and delicious, and the quality is consistent every time.
The owner is extremely nice, polite, and makes you feel genuinely appreciated as a customer.
