This is a pure takeout place. Ordered a lunch special boneless ribs. The outside was crispy, but the inside was dry and overcooked. Pork fried rice had only pork, sprouts(?) and onions (it was heavy on the onions). The hot and sour soup did not taste good, when it got a little cold, it became very thick. Not sure if I'll give it a second chance.
By far the best Chinese food in the Princeton area. The place is spotless, the food is fresh and delicious, and the quality is consistent every time.
The owner is extremely nice, polite, and makes you feel genuinely appreciated as a customer.

I order from this restaurant regularly and very thoroughly enjoy the food. However tonight I got their boneless spare ribs and I have to say they are the best I have ever had. They're tender they fall apart in your mouth and they're absolutely delicious.
I would recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for good Chinese Food.
