While the food was actually really good for applebees, the service was only ok. The waitress seemed overwhelmed because it was pretty much her in a packed restaurant at 10 at night. Drinks were never refilled even though they sat empty for 45 minutes. This place needs to have more staff on duty when it's that busy
When we entered they said it would be a few minutes, a few people walked in right before us and we all were seated within 5 minutes. The service from the hostess to our waitress was excellent! Unfortunately I cannot remember their names but they were very polite and professional. They took our drink orders immediately after sitting down.
