Unfortunately our experience was pretty disappointing last night. The appetizers were good, our burgers were flavorless and very greasy. The service was poor, with the exception of the young man that was waiting tables and the woman that was serving and clearing tables. The rest of the staff seemed like they couldn't be bothered. They were all on their cell phones, and the bartender was vaping behind the bar. Our waitress seemed to be bothered to take our orders and never checked in after that. We needed to ask another waiter for our check. As far as the live entertainment , he could have been better prepared. We were here a year or so ago and recall it being a much better meal and experience. As we sat, we were looking for hidden cameras and expecting Gordon Ramsey to come in and shut the place down.
The cocktails were very good. We ordered the mussels which were minuscule. We told the waitress she said she would speak to the kitchen. That's the last we heard about it. The shrimp were overcooked. The restaurant was pretty empty. But the service wasn't good either. Our bill was $100. They could've removed the $12 mussels but they didn't. The musician playing was awful. Probably won't return
When we arrived we were greeted warmly like we were regulars. The staff is very attentive and friendly. Our orders arrived timely and were delicious!! Highly recommend.
We ordered the calamari for appetizers and it was delicious. My friends both had the steak and they were either overcooked or rare. I got the mussels and each mussels weren't cleaned properly—I had to remove about 4-5 small white/clear balls on each mussels. Crunchy on each meat, definitely not edible. Desserts were great (we had red velvet cake, creme brulee and chocolate lava) drinks were good too. Will not go back here
They need more help. Great place and food, but service is slow because management need to hire more waiters and waitresses. And I come here all the time.
Food was great drinks were great. The service was lackluster unfortunately I don't know if the person was new but we ordered a bottle of wine they brought it to our table open which is not customary. And poured the wine directly into a carafe without us checking the bottle. Service at the end we were handed a bill We were not asked if we wanted dessert or anything of that nature.
This was our first time dining here. We were accommodated with a large table which was nice. The food was very good quality fir the price. The only thing that was a downer was the temperature as ur was quite chilly I dude and we were sitting near a faux fireplace.
Horrible the food was awful and the service was terrible. And when I told the owner he appreciated the feedback but should have offered some type of refund
Unfortunately we did not have a great experience last night. We sat down at 7pm for our reservation and did not get a waiter until we actually asked someone if they were our server at 7:25. We ordered drinks and still did not have them at 7:45. I actually approached the owner and told him we had been there 45 min and still no drinks. The food was delicious and it came out in expected time. We asked for a a glass of wine which we had hoped to enjoy with dinner. 15 min later we had to ask for it again but at this point dinner was pretty much done. I would have hoped the owner would approach us but nothing. We also went for live music which was scheduled at 8 pm and the musician never showed. Not the restaurant's fault but it was why we chose to eat there with friends. Overall a disappointing dinner.
My boyfriend and I had the best time at 16 Prospect last night! Joe Regan lead an open mic that was fantastic! I sang along with some amazing vocalists and the place was so festive and lively. It was an awesome night. The food and drinks were delicious. The servers were attentive and cheerful. It was so much fun.

Surprised I never popped in here sooner. If there is one word to describe this place it’s “cozy”, and on a cold Friday night it fit the bill perfectly. Guiness on tap major plus. The two man blues band was great, and the owner Chris was very welcoming, introducing himself. I will be back for another pint of my favorite stout, for sure, maybe grab a bite also next time. Recommended! Cheers 👍

I went here for the first time yesterday and I am kicking myself for not coming here sooner. The atmosphere was incredibly relaxing with a mellow vibe. I was greeted by the owner Chris when I entered and he made me feel like I wasn't just a customer but part of his family. The server Josh was just as accommodating and had my food and drinks ready within a short time. The bartender Ashley lit up the room with her personality and made my drinks as delicious as I have had in years. Looking forward to many more returns.
