We made a reservation for Wed night 10/29. We arrived on time and the bar was packed. Apparently there was a bar crawl in town as well as the restaurant had a Tarot reader, etc.. Okay fine but no host in sight to seat us. We waited for several minutes and then went to look for someone to help us in the restaurant area. We told the waiter we had a reservation and he was non-committal about having a table saying he wasn't sure and blah blah blah. I said why would your restaurant...
Unfortunately our experience was pretty disappointing last night. The appetizers were good, our burgers were flavorless and very greasy. The service was poor, with the exception of the young man that was waiting tables and the woman that was serving and clearing tables. The rest of the staff seemed like they couldn't be bothered. They were all on their cell phones, and the bartender was vaping behind the bar. Our waitress seemed to be bothered to take our orders and never...
The cocktails were very good. We ordered the mussels which were minuscule. We told the waitress she said she would speak to the kitchen. That's the last we heard about it. The shrimp were overcooked. The restaurant was pretty empty. But the service wasn't good either. Our bill was $100. They could've removed the $12 mussels but they didn't. The musician playing was awful. Probably won't return
