Waited 20 minutes…after ordering in line…for a cold omelette, a sandwich with cheese that was coagulated and “toasted” bagel (that wasn’t)
Live 3 minutes away. Was here every weekend. Not anymore.

I like the food at this place except I can’t believe a pork roll and egg on a French toast bagel cost $6.75 and a plain bagel w/bacon, egg, and cheese costs $5.75!
Not only that, there is a new charge $1.75 for eating in.
Other places don’t charge for eating in.
I will have to think about eating here next time I want to get their food.

What happened? My go to place since childhood. Yesterday i paid $16 for 2 bagels with cream cheese and 1 snapple. There wasnt enough cream cheese to cover the entire bagels. Very disappointed as bagel chateau has always been my fav forever. This felt like getting robbed. Cant believe the price for 2 dry bagels without enough smear. i wont be trekking back to Westfield for bagels anymore. ☹️

I went to buy a flat sesame seed bagel. It was hard as a rock. I asked for a veggie cream cheese. There was lumps of veggies and not even cut properly, but you like the bagel with a couple days old super hard and old mine do they put it in a container with some old potato chips that are all broken in pieces And it was like seven dollars please help me notify the owner

I come here for lunch and the staff here is so nice. Sam has been really kind and every woman at the register has been amazing. It feels like a NJ diner and it's doing its best to bring NY bagels to South Jersey. Is it kind of surreal to hear an ex New Yorker order a perfectly order lox bagel, and a very suburban kid ask you to scoop out the bagel in the next breath? Yes but the staff is funny and it all tastes good. So it's a win

CHEEDER + JALAPENO BAGEL....enogh said! 8:45 am and constant movement in + out!

Went in for one bagel with cream cheese… left with a BEC bagel and a dozen more to bring home (blueberry, cinnamon raisin, and everything)! Fast, friendly service and absolutely delicious bagels. A great spot for everyone—including our cherished seniors—thanks to the welcoming atmosphere and reasonable prices.

I hate to leave bad reviews on small businesses, but some of these deli’s really just commit highway robbery. For a $8/$9 sandwich, one egg and two thin slices of Taylor ham is wild. Sadly not a solid breakfast sandwich in a 5 mile radius other than Al’s deli.

The staff here are terrible. I had soups there twice and I had soup today and the soup was ice cold when I got back to my job with five minute drive they didn’t even warm up my suit and they always get orders wrong. This place is a joke nasty workers to you always call in an order and they always say hi. How can I help you hold on one second and then they take care of other people
