We had a horrifying and completely unacceptable experience at Bareburger. My son has a severe food allergy and we were very clear about this when ordering. Despite that, the kitchen made multiple dangerous mistakes. First, they brought the burger on the wrong bun. We sent it back. Then, after supposedly fixing it, they still served it with the wrong cheese and denied it. It was smaller than the oat milk vegan cheese. As a result, my son went into anaphylactic shock. The scariest moment in all of our lives. This is not a small mistake. This is a life-threatening failure in basic allergy safety protocols. What makes this even worse is that management did not take ANY accountability. There was no appropriate urgency, seriousness, or ownership of the fact that a child had a medical emergency because of their negligence.
If you or your child has any food allergies, DO NOT eat here. This could have ended far worse.

Gluten free happiness! Now I will acknowledge I am not celiac so I am not extremely sensitive. However, this place gave me a wonderful experience with eating out! They make it extremely easy to select the food with my allergens in mind. And that really matters to me! It's hard for me to eat out and I don't like making it a big deal but this place makes it simple for all involved. Guilt free. Thank you! I appreciate you guys!!
Besides that, it was simple and customizable for my dietary restrictions. I'm in love! My partner doesn't have those restrictions so he was able to get whatever he wanted. And sauce on the side is a great option for testing different sauces! Wonderful! Food comes out delicious!! Chicken sandwich hit the spot! And the fries! Yess!! Definitely a go to spot!

I came in for a pickup some time ago a little before closing time after I placed my order online. I had just got in from work and it was only thing open. I walked in, all three people working just looked at me until I encouraged someone to assist me. No greeting, no acknowledgement. They literally looked at me and back down at what they were doing, WHILE talking to each other. The burger was edible but not good at all. Go to Five Guys around the corner if you’d actually like to enjoy your meal. ESPECIALLY BLK folks. If they did it to me, they’ll do it to you.
0 STARS Restaurant had a bunch of dirty tables when we walked in.for 2 people we waited more than an hour before we walked out for 2 burgers. Terrible service. Also had to flag down the server just to get drinks. Not once did the manager come over and apologize for the wait. We we def up walking out and only paying for drinks, even then they never apologized nor did they seem to care.

Food is very good. Had a Bison Burger and my girlfriend had a Smash Burger. Came in on Tuesday night and it was pretty empty. The service was horrible. Two tables were occupied and the staff was hanging out and eating not tending to the clientele. Order take out. Manager was useless too.

Another place downtown Westfield that has so much potential but just fails to deliver. Great location, has a bar and kid friendly, however the service is slow and food is okay. I'd recommend sticking to the burger and fries. We got nachos and they were so spicy even my husband who loves spicy couldn't eat them. We said we would pay for another nacho and asked for less spice. When the new nachos finally came out, they were cold and had no toppings. We also asked for our beer three times. Unfortunate waste of a space.

Being allergic to gluten makes dining out extremely challenging. I can finally eat a friend chicken sandwich again and it’s an amazing feeling! Not only that, but the gluten free bun and breeding are amazing! Thanks so much for giving a darn about a forgotten part of the population.
