I’d like to say Boxwood is usually my go to location for coffee and drinks. However, today I was displeased with the experience I had. I came in 30minutes before closing, which I understand can be frustrating for the baristas but that’s still a substantial amount of time before closing. I had ordered a matcha, however they notified me that they put the powder away and they were not able to make it. I did not understand why they could not take out the powder and make it, but I assume that is the protocol. This experience was upsetting since I thought I would treat myself and my mom and we made it just in time after her job.
Nonetheless, I still suggest this place because I do truly enjoy their drinks and the overall atmosphere, but just don’t come before closing because you will not get the same service.

I was on Westfield and I was looking for a coffee, for people who know the area there are tons of places here. However I found Boxwood Coffee Roasters, such a lovely place and Alice and Tony were more than awesome with us. They recommended me a nice strawberry shortcake latte, excellent customer service. Love the place and love the employees

This was my go-to spot while I was staying in Clark. The lattes and matchas were 10/10 - high-quality coffee and powders that truly reflect what a real coffee shop should be. If you appreciate authentically roasted beans and well-crafted drinks, you’ll love it here. There’s also plenty of indoor seating and a great vibe overall.
I also noticed it’s woman-owned, which earns extra points in my book. You guys created a gem! ❤️

For over a year now I’ve regularly gotten my coffee from Boxwood. For over a year now I’ve lost countless shirts and pants to coffee stains because strangely they choose to serve it in a cup with a cap that leaks. I just don’t get it and it’s not only me that has noticed this.
Drinkers beware. It’s not just the cost of the coffee you pay for, but the added nuisance of washing or dry cleaning your clothes which will inevitably follow.
Care about your patrons Boxwod. Get lids that fit.
