I had an espresso double shot yesterday. It was way too sour. Was the grind too coarse? Was it under extracted? Was the water not hot enough? I don’t know, I didn’t see tbh.I also didn’t have to courage to ask for another one because barista already spilled my first espresso (the sour one was the 2nd they made) and I didn’t want them to go through the trouble of asking for a third lolGood vibes in there though ?? wifi worked fast.Just wish the coffee (espresso) was better handled.

This place doesn’t have good food and not very nice workers. The music here sucks so if you go to study bring airpods. The only good thing about this place is that you can go to study with friends. Their bathrooms are gross. There is a tradition where kids carve their names on the stalls which is so cute but I witnessed today 2 kids getting kicked out for it which isn’t a very big deal. On the way out they even took pictures of the kids which they obviously didn’t give permission for and didn’t let the kids explain or even explain why they were getting kicked out. I wouldn’t go back here if I was a kid it’s ok for adults but the workers aren’t very kid friendly as they take pictures of kids.

Friendly staff , but my hot latte was tepid /almost cold today . I was in a rush to get to an appointment so I did not start to drink it until I got to the car . Disappointed on a cold morning!!!

The service is a little slow, but the atmosphere is fantastic, and the coffee is great.

It’s a great coffee shop from a decor and staff friendliness perspective - I’d recommend sticking to drip coffee, espresso, and other lattes on their menu.I’ve ordered two pour overs on separate occasions ($6+ each) and they were two of the worst cups of coffee I’ve ever had.

Boxwood is amazingly spacious, warmly lit, and with comfortable seating ranging in tables, high top tables and bar stools, and cozy choices at the windowfront. The drink menu is creative with seasonal specials as well a milieu of regular caffeine requests. I opted for an iced vanilla cinnamon latte. Eventhough the weather is getting chilly, it's impossible for me to transition to hot coffee just yet so no judgement, thank you! Espresso was quality and the tres leches donut was a dream. To balance, I split a turkey and cheese croissant with my partner. It was brought warm, cheesy melted, was especially comforting. Service was stealth and kind. They took the order thoughtfully and my items were ready in less than 5 minutes. All came deliciously prepared. There was decent seating while people were studying and chatting, a great space to rest and relax with good seating for those who are disabled or in chronic pain too. My visit was practically perfect, but the prices are steep with $6+ for a small latte. If you need any coffee accountrements like filters, pour over materials, fredh espresso beans, this is also a great spot.

A very solid cafe for a quick coffee and snack. Espresso shots are pulled nicely, making for a delicious and smooth latte. Also have tried several donuts here, with the tres leche being my favorite. I always make sure to stop by whenever I am in Westfield!

Good coffee including a number of pour over options, friendly staff. Ambiance is probably the highlight, as there is a lot of space and generally a quiet spot to get some studying or work done compared to the other spots in the area. A bit on the pricier side but this is downtown Westfield. The biggest downside was the bathroom being quite dirty

Great coffee, slightly pricey but tracks for a Westfield small business. Cozy spot to catch up with a friend.

Love this place! Great for studying and coffee is delicious! They have several seating areas with couches and tables. The baristas are always very friendly and courteous! I also like that they are open later than other coffee shops which is nice for studying.
